2019 Melbourne Cultural Tour

St Patrick’s College Cultural Ensemble, Music, Art, Drama and Film, TV and New Media students are invited to attend the 2019 Cultural tour. The proposed destination is Melbourne to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Princess Theatre, as well as to engage in Drama workshops and witness the rich culture that Melbourne has to offer.

The tour will take place in Term 3, from Thursday 22 August – Sunday 25 August. The proposed cost is estimated to be $1,700 per student. This includes all breakfast, workshops, hotel accommodation, airfares and performance tickets. Students will also need spending money for lunch, dinner and shopping, however this is subject to change.

We believe our students will benefit from this opportunity, to witness professional performances as well as gain insight into pursuing a career in the Arts through professional workshops. A reminder to those students who have not yet paid their ensemble fees (for Percussion, Choir, Handbells, Dance squad/Rock pop and Stage Band), you are encouraged to do so as quickly as possible. This form was handed out to students at the beginning of Term One and may have been misplaced.
