Learning Management System (LMS)

For the duration of Unit 2, the members of the College Leadership Team will be trialling the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) with their Year 11 classes. The LMS enables assessment items and results to be uploaded directly onto Student Café and Parent Lounge.

Parents/Guardians who have students in classes taught by Mrs Agius, Mr Geoghegan, Mr Mortimer or Mrs McLeod can track assessment due dates and get immediate feedback on whether drafts and actual assignments have been submitted. Parents must log onto Parent Lounge and select the ‘Curriculum Activities Due’ from the side menu or ‘Student Details/Curriculum Activities’ from the top menu to view all assessment. Assignment task sheets, marking guides and results for the assessment are all viewable through the same location.

If the trail is successful, it will be expanded to include the entire College for 2020 and beyond. If parents or students have any questions or feedback regarding the LMS, please contact Mrs McLeod at the College.
